Arthur is a Mac utility that helps you easily change some of those annoying hidden OS X settings.

The application, the website, the brand assets.
What is the technological stack ?
Which parts of the project are incomplete ?
We have not updated the app to work with newer Mac OS versions.
Do you have any traffic ?
To be confirmed shortly.

The first version of the app made $3500 without any marketing, but we do not have time to update the app and do basic marketing outreach.
How can the future owner turn the project into a business ?
Update the software and to basic marketing outreach. The business model could also be adapted.
Up to what OS version is Arthur compatible with?
Mac OS X El Capitan & Yosemite
Can you provide some more information on the sales that you made? How much work would it be to maintain the app?
Arthur is currently running from the original source code and has a few sales a month. When we launched and promoted it we made money - we can share Gumroad reports with interested buyers. The work I would imagine that one should do if bought would be: Update the code to properly support the latest OSX Update the website Change the code from Objective-C to Swift (shouldn't take more than a day). Create a few small video tutorials on Youtube for traffic The code is lean and well organised in Git with full documentation. The maintenance thereafter should be very little.
Can you provide a referral to update the code and give me a price?
Yes. We can put you in touch with developers.
Hi, would love to learn about metrics (pageviews, etc) and data (conversion) that you have surrounding the MRR.
We can export all the analytics data that we have at hand. MRR is declining as there has been no activity - this can easily be reversed.
Have there been any efforts/quotes to upgrade MacOS support to Mojave?
We have not made any effort to update the app but we can provide quotes for it upon request.
What frameworks/design patterns are used within the codebase?
Clean Objective C - no frameworks. Structured MVC.
Hello, I love Arthur and i have it in use for a long time now. I'm interested. How we can talk?
We love hearing about people who have used what we have built. To answer your question, I believe you need to submit an offer through this website in order to further discussions or alternatively ask specific questions here which we will then answer for all prospective buyers.
Very interested. Can you share your Gumroad reports with me?
Gumroad reports are available to those making offers via 1k website.
Do you have a full list of previous customers contact information? If so, did you collect permission to market to them?
Yes we do. We have a list of all customers that bought a copy. This was collected via Gumroad. You may reach out to these customers if you have an updated version.
How much effort would it be to bring this into the App Store?
A developer estimates that it would take 2-4 days. At the studio I work this would cost approximately $2500. It could be negotiated as part of the sale.
Hi there - did you collect an email list of users/how many are there? Also, could you provide proof of sales claims?
We only have emails of users who purchased the app- this was captured on Gumroad, the platform we used to sell the app. We have 1118 email addresses and we can provide proof of sales claims when offers are made on 1kprojects.com.
I'd like a copy of the gumroad reports, and simple google analytics stats for the last 6 months if you have them.
Please submit an offer in order for me to send you the information pack as I need an email address.
Great app, wondering why this hasn't been sold yet and what offer would it take to sell quickly? (including updating it)
The app has not been sold yet. We'd sell at the listed price.
