This was just a hobby side project of a fun idea I had. At one point in 2017 it seemed like the FB Messenger Bot platform was going to be huge. It didn't work out. I have no interest in continuing working on it.

How can the future owner turn the project into a business ?

You may be able to use the source code and content as a base to build a mobile app or web app of a similar game and turn it profitable in standard game monetization ways (ads, etc.). If you run a travel site business you can also release it as a related side product.
