Which parts of the project are incomplete ?
This project has been mostly untouched since 2011. It worked great then, but many of the APIs it was built in have since been deprecated (or in the case of Formspring and Recaptcha v1, shut down entirely). The site still has 10,000+ registered users, however, and still receives residual traffic. The code also isn't the greatest, as this was one of my first side projects, so I'd recommend some TLC or a re-write. This is reflected in the price.
Do you have any traffic ?

Why are you selling ?
I have since refocused on building more B2B-oriented side projects, and find these older ones to be a distraction, that I feel someone else could better utilize.
How can the future owner turn the project into a business ?Ads, charge a premium subscription fee for more service integrations
Any new or active users? When was the last time you sent an email to the user base?
There are a few (under 10) active users based on last login time, and never.
